These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Ranax Software (a product of Ranax Technology OPC Pvt. Ltd.) and you (the "User" or "Customer"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

Ranax Software provides software development services, UI/UX design, and technology solutions. Project details, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will be defined through:

  • Project proposals
  • Agreements
  • Email confirmations
  • Work contracts

These documents together form part of this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that:

Client Responsibilities

By working with Ranax Software, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate during project development
  • Review and approve deliverables on time
  • Make payments as agreed

Delays caused by missing information or approvals from the client may affect project timelines.

Payments & Billing

Service charges, payment schedules, and billing details will be shared before project start.

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms.

Ranax Software reserves the right to pause or stop services in case of delayed or incomplete payments.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is completed, the final delivered project or software may be transferred to the client as per agreement terms.

Ranax Software reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Ranax Software will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we shall not be held responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental losses
  • Business interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Misuse of delivered software

Assignment

This Agreement shall apply to and benefit both parties and their permitted successors. Neither party may transfer or assign this Agreement without written consent, except in cases such as:

  • Company merger
  • Business acquisition
  • Organizational restructuring

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

If any dispute arises:

  • Both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication.
  • If the matter cannot be resolved, it may be handled under applicable legal jurisdiction.

Termination

Ranax Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not completed
  • Misuse of services is detected

Clients may also discontinue services as per the agreed project terms.
